3 hottest touchscreen phones on the market. which one is the best? which one should you get?

personally..iPhone is my favourite, even though there r many other better phones out there with better features n functions.
this is something i can't explain. i've been intrigued by iPhone's sleek design from the first time i saw it. Apple design always fascinates me. Maybe i'm someone who would care more about the looks.

Recommended games for the ps3!!!

First i would really like to recommend GTA 4. i think most people who've owned a ps3 would already know how good the game is. For those who don't...don't hesitate to get one urself. it's just too goood~ and for those who don't own a ps3...this is one good reason to get one. The game has a 10/10 rating in ign.com.... one of the very very few games which receive such ratings.

The graphics are awesomeness nesss nessss! and the gameplay is supa realistica!!

witness this preview yourself and u'll believe me. but of course...everyone has their own personal opinions on the game.

Another good game that i would recommend is GRID
it's a racing game and it's supa realisssticcc!
ur cars will crash...it will get damages and dents everywhere if u hit other cars or obstacles...so the real challenge is first to complete the race rather than to win 1st place...it's really a challenge for gamers cuz it's really hard to win without crashing the car.

and this year's winner are the Boston Celtics!!! 2008 nba champion!!! wohoOO~

this is their 17th nba title.

the game ended this morning and the final score was Boston 131 - Lakers 92.

A huge win for the Celtics~ kudos!

Mozilla Firefox 3!!!

mozilla will be releasing it's new internet browser..the FIREFOX 3!!!

and now they are ready to set a new Guinness World Record by having the highest no. of Firefox 3 downloaded within the time limit of 24 hours after it is first released. So we...the pc users...will try to download the program as soon as it is released to help set this new world record.

the release date is 17th June 2008!...but i think that's for US time. We Asians would probably have the chance to download it only on the 18th of June...

i've tried the beta version for firefox 3...and i can say i kinda like it...even though i'm an avid IE user, firefox 3 looks nice and clean and it's fast. So go on and download it...no harm in trying it out urself!

it's 3-1 in the playoff finals now with the Boston Celtics leading the LA Lakers.

the Lakers really needs a miracle to win the playoffs now. 1 more win for the Celtics and it's all over~

here are the starting lineups for both team:

Lakers: Derek Fisher, Kobe Bryant, Radmanovic, Lamar Odom, and Pau Gasol.

Celtics: Rajon Rondo, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, and Perkins.

Next game will be on 15th June 2008 8.30pm ET...tht's 16th June 2008 8.30am Singapore/Malaysia time. Is it gonna be the last game for the Lakers?

iPhone will rule the world!!!

A new iPhone will be released on the 11th of July 2008!!! (iphone's 1 year anniversary).

PROS:

1.The new iPhone will cost much cheaper at USD199 for 8gb and USD299 for the 16gb.

2.It has 3g and GPS feature.

3. New colours. You can now get the 8gb version in black and the 16gb version in black or white.

4.It is faster than the previous iPhone

5.It's is slightttttly thinner..

CONS:

1.No video conferencing.

2.camera is still 2megapixels.

3.no 32gb version.

4.no camera in the front...only the back.

i believe iphone will be a hit all around the world by the time it's released....except in Japan. The japanese have better and much more advance phones. Some said tht the japanese phones are 5 years ahead of time...iphone probably wouldn't be a big deal for them..lol~

This is something i picked up from the "world-mysteries" website.

What are the Keys to Memory?
Pay attention – often times the biggest problem is that people’s minds are not focused in the moment. Instead, they are thinking about something in the past of future.
Visualization – create a visual in your mind because the brain thinks in pictures and concepts, not paragraphs.
Association – find something to connect the information to…similar to word association. Ask, “What does this remind me of?”
Imagination – get creative when visualizing or making associations.
Why do we forget?
It could be that we never stored the information properly in the first place. It could be because there was not enough emotion or personal importance connected to the information to make it stick. It could be that it was so emotionally traumatic that the mind suppressed it in order to maintain normalcy.
Why do we remember negative events?
Whenever emotions are activated, especially strong emotions, the information or experience is entrenched into memory. Often times we tend to dwell on it, thereby rehearsing it and entrenching it even further. It is also easier to recall negative memories when we are in a bad mood. Why? Because we remember things in the state that we learned them so whenever you are feeling angry you will more easily recall other situations in which you were angry.
The subconscious remembers everything
If we were to compare the conscious mind with the subconscious, the conscious would measure about one foot long and the subconscious would be the length of a football field. The potential is enormous. So everything we experience can be stored. However, the conscious mind would get overloaded trying to process all the incoming bits of data on a daily basis. Instead, all the information goes into the subconscious for storage and we may never deal with it, except if the mind chooses to process it at night through dreams. Or, if we go for clinical hypnosis, through which a therapist assists in accessing information or memories the conscious mind has “forgotten” or repressed.

Laminin is the major non-collagenous component of the basal lamina, such as those on which cells of an epithelium sit.[1] Basically, laminin is a protein found in the "extracellular matrix", the sheets of protein that form the substrate of all internal organs also called the "basement membrane". It has four arms that can bind to four other molecules. The three shorter arms are particularly good at binding to other laminin molecules, which is what makes it so great at forming sheets. The long arm is capable of binding to cells, which helps anchor the actual organs to the membrane.
The laminin protein is made up of three separate parts, called the A, B1, and B2 chains. That gives it a total of six "ends", which accounts for a lot of its flexibility in connecting up various kinds of molecules. Because of this, scientists who create biomaterials are extremely interested in the whole family of laminins. They are a family of glycoproteins that are an integral part of the structural scaffolding in almost every animal tissue. Laminins are secreted and incorporated into cell-associated extracellular matrices.
Laminin is vital to making sure overall body structures hold together. Improper production of laminin can cause muscles to form improperly, leading to a form of muscular dystrophy. It can also cause progeria.

Greetings!

This is my first blog. Yes.....yes.....here it is....you are in my blog....I think these days a lot of people are making blogs because they wanna post their thoughts.....bla bla bla....express their feelings....bla bla bla..... or maybe it's a trend thing....and I am one of them.
